We bought this system. It was easy to set up using the monitor and gives a good picture of the areas the cameras cover. However, we had some difficulty getting it set up so that it could be view on our internal network. The support was great. Robert spent two or three hours with us on the phone and logging into our system to get it working. The issue that hindered our connection was Direct X. Be sure that the computers that you will view the system is not very old. I can now check our facility from home on my laptop. Also, when you order, make sure that you order a system that meets all your requirements. The basic system may not have all the bells and whistles. Some of these bells and whistles can not be added later. We upgraded to the bullet camera and bought the system that had internet access. When ordering, I would advise that you talk to someone at Safemart when you order rather than ordering off the web. This will insure that you are getting the system to do what you want. Questions to ask would be about the camera; Internet Access; Audio capability; Setting up the alarm system.
