Product Description
The 5869 Holdup Switch/Transmitter is a finger push-button operated RF transmitting unit. It can be installed under a counter or money drawer or any other concealed place for inconspicuous operation. When the transmitter is turned on, it automatically sends an RF alarm signal to the receiver. The security system control panel then transmits a burglary alarm message to the central monitoring station when a RF emergency signal is received from an enrolled Holdup Switch/Transmitter. Once it has been activated, the 5869 Holdup Switch/Transmitter can be reset by the reset key alone. The 5869 also comes with tamper protection switches that are set off when the cover is moved, or if the unit is forcibly torn from its installation area.
