Honeywell's 5821 is a flexible wireless device that can be configured by the user to operate either as a flood detector or as a stand alone temperature sensor and/or a remote temperature. This device is highly suitable for a very wide range of functions such as bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements and any other area where flooding is a possible concern.

Five user-selectable temperature ranges to chosen from (Hot, Warm, Cold, Refrigerate, and Freezing)
Also available is the Remote Temperature Probe (T280R) which makes this device well suited for refrigerator and freezer monitoring
Flood detection comes with a 470PB External Probe (not included) for a vast range of functions; including bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements and any other location is a possible concern.
Battery battery can last up to 10 years, which reduces user maintenance.
