This is my second invisivault-The first one had a sprung door-The second one they sent (under warranty) has a crooked door that doesn't set flush and a battery that needs to be charged every 4 to 6 weeks according to the manufacturer ETL ( I spoke to Katy who said the service manager informed her of that).I put this in a beach house we do not use that often and got a call from my neighbor that told me there was a beeping noise coming from my home ( I thought we left the fridge door open) When I got there it was my new safe (the second one) When I called ETL for a fix they informed me because of the weight of the door that this safe needed to be charged every 4-6 weeks even if it rarely used (What?!) I had no idea that would be the case when I purchased the item so heads up people! I wouldn't recommend putting this item in a house unless you are going to be there to charge it up. I had to cover the shipping cost on the first return also and these things are big and heavy and must be shipped back to California. I understand they are relocating their office to Nevada though. Katy was pleasant when delivering the bad news.
