The AP475 sensors have authentic curtain "barriers", a feature that is unique to this enhanced line of sensors. The AP475 affords a single 75' curtain and can be set up at up to 16' high.
The AP Series sensors use 4D signal processing to monitor a pending signal's shape, duration, size and speed. If the signal matches that produced by a human signature, the detector starts an alarm. This technology automatically transforms its alarm threshold when confronted with a wide variety of environmental disturbances or rough environments. The end result is a reduction in false alarms and better detection.
