Elk Low Battery Cutoff & Master Power Switch Elk | Part Number: ELK-965

The ELK-965 is a Low Battery Cut-off Module used in combination with a Master Power Switch. It is specially manufactured to operate well with nearly any 12 Volt control panel or power supply mechanism. In the event of a long AC power outage, the ELK-965 sensing circuit is designed to automatically disconnect the battery when its voltage falls lower than 10 Volts DC. This helps to prohibit any "deep discharging" of the battery. The easy-to-use power switch lets the user swiftly & easily disconnect both the Battery and the AC power from the control or power supply. Also sold is the ELK-964B20 (Master Power Switch Only version) which is the same as an ELK-965 except for the Low Battery Cutoff circuitry.
