I have a GE Concord 4 system and wanted an additional keypad for the master bedroom outdoor entry/exit. My house was hardwired for only one keypad located by the front and garage entry/exit doors. This wireless keypad gives me so much more versatility. I can now control (arm/disarm/bypass a sensor) the system from my bedroom.
There are also emergency buttons for police and fire that are much more accessible. I wall mounted it next to the door (mounting hardware included), but it can be handheld and carried anywhere around the house including outdoors. This is one device that really complements the GE Concord 4 alarm system.

Good looking wireless keypad but it is not compatible with the Simon systems (3 or XT)
