I downloaded the manuals from Visonic, the day before I was scheduled to receive the equipment, to get a jump on the installation, and programming procedures. I had fully installed the console, GSM unit, sensors, etc., and done all necessary enrolling, and programming, in one afternoon. I only ran into one small hitch during the install, with the GSM unit. I called Safemart, and had a tech on the line, in less than a minute, and we resolved the problem during the conversation. Very satisfied with both the system, and support.

Without the RS-232 module, it's a bit hard to get to know the system in the beginning. Once you understand the system it's pretty straight forward. However if you purchase the RSR232 module wich comes with the software, it makes life 200% easier. Good product, great support!

Pros: High quality, very reliable, zero false alarms so far, very functional.Cons: Could be confusing to set up if you are not technically adept.

I purchased a wireless system in May of this year. It is now July and I still am unable to install the system. I have asked several of my friends and family members to help with installing. Each person indicated that the parts and instructions were very difficult to install and understand.

After reviewing other systems, when it comes down to it this is the BEST! I installed one in my home and it was so easy with the help of Ocusafe, I installed the same system in 5 other homes.
