First Class Service & Technology from SafeMart

SafeMart's staff, from system consultants to installers to follow-up personnel, is simply first class. They did not try to sell me more than I needed. The system, based on the GE Simon, is both wireless in the home and cellular for system monitoring, which is pretty much state of the art. Not only do you avoid being capGve to an installer for any hard-wired changes, but if I ever move, I can take the enGre system with me. Installation was easy with everything not only pre-programmed into the system, but each component (door/window opening, smoke detector, glass break, etc.) was already labeled on the outside of each component box so it was pretty much idiot-proof on the install. I like that the system can be armed/unarmed remotely by phone and will text me of any "incidents". They applied the appropriate discounts to stay competitive, so all-in-all, I'm very happy with their business model (from people to service to technology to monitoring) and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very good customer service. When we had this system installed newly we messed up and triggered the alarm and in less than 5 minutes 2 live cops with guns turned up at our place. They told us SafeMart had informed them. Feels very safe after that experience.
Easy to set-up and use

We have the newest Simon XT Wireless Alarm system and have enjoyed its easy to use touch screen features. Plus, the system was easy to install and to update as we see fit. Since we do not have a phone line, the new wireless feature and iPhone capability sold us. We recommend this system and the monitoring service.

After several break-ins in our neighborhood, my husband and I decided to get a security system. We asked people we knew who had systems what they liked and didn't like about their systems and the conclusion we came to is that once their alarms were installed, one system did not distinguish itself over another. It came down to affordability of components, company or self-installation, wireless or landline, and length and cost of the monitoring contract. Using this information we investigated companies on-line and read the reviews and comparisons. We also had a small local privately owned company come out and give us a quote for everything we wanted. We checked their references and while their customers were happy with them, their prices were double the cost of SafeMart and the minimum contract was FIVE YEARS!!! The products we purchased from them would not belong to us until that 5 year contract was done. We decided to go with SafeMart because of their excellent reviews, cost of equipment, 12 month contract, and self-install wireless system. The customer service was excellent, the delivery was super fast - we did 2 day air shipping, and we installed everything in one evening. We have A LOT of windows and we put sensors on them all as well as the doors. It was a very simple process from start to finish. Anyone from the company that we dealt with could not have been any nicer, and we would HIGHLY recommend them!
