With sensor heads that are just 3/8's inch diameter, OS detectors are popular for applications with limited installation areas or that require a very low profile detector. Detector heads are weather resistant (suitable for outdoors) and can be installed up to 33' from the controller. Each controller can support up to two sets of photobeams. Optional reflector allows bounce-back system design.
