Extended warranty term for up to one additional year after manufacturer's warranty expires.
Failure of product due to user error, water/freeze/environmental damage or damage outside of normal wear and tear is not covered.
Notice of defective product must be given within sixty (60) days of product failure. Once your claim has been verified, the item will be repaired or replaced at the SafeMart's (the "Company") sole discretion, but for no more than the original purchase price of the covered item less shipping and handling fees, up to a maximum of $500. In either case, the Company's payment, replacement, or repair made in good faith will fulfill the obligation under the benefit.
This provision and protection is only provided to you, the original purchaser of this product. It is not extended to any other individual or group that may occupy or own this property in the future. If you make any claim knowing it to be false or fraudulent in any respect including, but not limited to, the cost of repair services, no coverage shall exist for such claim and your benefits may be canceled for this product and any others that you or related parties have purchased with the company.
Extended warranty is limited to the product only and does not include its effectiveness or service. Obsolescence of the product or any portion/all of its functionality is expressly not covered. For example, any changes in communications technology or protocols that limit the functionality of communication devices are not covered by this extended warranty.
After the Company has paid your claim, all your rights and remedies against any party in respect of this claim will be transferred to the Company to the extent of payment made to you. You must give the Company all assistance as may reasonably be required to secure all rights and remedies.
