Terms and Conditions: Order must be placed between 03/31/2009 and 11/30/2009. Monitoring service must be activated and prepaid (annual term is $108) within 90 days of purchase. The order total, before shipping, must be greater than $399.00 and include a Simon 3 or Simon XT alarm system. Other items sold at SafeMart may also be added to reach the minimum order threshold. Any returns made will be refunded according to the normal return policy. Rebate will be issued in the form of a check. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of rebate check, after service is activated and Rebate Form is completed.
