The Alarm.com Wireless Module transmits this data wirelessly (via the digital GSM network) to the Alarm.com Operations Center.
Alarm and non-alarm events can be reported to you immediately via email and text-message. You can monitor and control your security system from anywhere via Alarm.com's web and PDA interfaces.
In the event of an alarm, the signal can be routed immediately to the central monitoring station for 24/7 emergency response.
Secure and Reliable Wireless Technology
Unlike most security systems, LiveWatch™ is wireless and doesn’t need a phone line or Internet connection to communicate signals to the monitoring center. It’s a great solution for customers who use VoIP (Voice-over-IP) or cell phones instead of a regular landline phone.
It’s also more secure, since it will continue to function reliably even if an intruder cuts the phone line or the Internet connection goes down. And since it operates off the security system’s backup battery, it can continue to function reliably for up to 24 hours in the event of a power outage.

How it Works
When our state-of-the-art cameras sense motion, they record a video clip and our system instantly notifies you via text or email. Then you can view the clip to see what happened. You can use your PDA, web-enabled cell or computer from anywhere to:
