Now you can stay in control of your GE Simon 3 alarm system remotely—with ease. LiveWatch uses the power of the web, email, and cell phone communications to secure your home, without the need for a land phone line.

The easy-to-use interface allows you to arm or disarm your system, receive real-time alerts & notifications via email and cell phone text messaging, and much more, giving you full-time control over your property.

The system offers an audible alarm, too. And you can choose to have our 24/7 Central Station Monitoring along with Self-Notifications.

Is LiveWatch Right for You?
The Answer is YES if Any of These Apply:

You use the web
You have a cell phone and use email
You use VOIP for telephone service, or may in the future
You want a backup option for your telephone line.

1. Wired and/or wireless sensors communicate all activity to your security control panel, 24 hours a day, even if your system is disarmed.

2. System activity data is transmitted from your security control panel to the Network Operations Center through a secure, 2-way radio included in the system. The data is analyzed and stored in the Network Operations Center. The radio uses a dedicated wireless connection that is completely independent of your other communication networks. You do not need a landline phone connection to use LiveWatch.

3. System events, including all alarms, power failures, system arming and disarming, etc. can be reported to you immediately via phone, e-mail and text-message according to your customized notification settings.

4. You can monitor and control your security system from anywhere through a user-friendly Web portal. You can also log into a simple portal through your PDA (Blackberry, RAZR, etc.) to control your system while you're on the go.

5. When an alarm signal is received from your security system, it can be routed immediately to the Central Monitoring Station for police/fire notification. (Note: you can choose LiveWatch with just Self Notifications, or add our Central Station feature).

System Summary

The first screen you see after logging in is your 'System Summary'. It shows the Panel Status and Last 10 Events. This at-a-glance view of your system lets you know current system status and any recent activity at your property. From here you also can send a command to arm or disarm your system.
