- Does not apply to auction sites.
- Does not apply to merchants offering special promotions and coupon offers, quantity discounts, membership programs, or other gimmicks like "FREE home security system when you sign a monitoring contract at $29.95 for 36 months"
- Applies to claims made within 10 days of placing the order. Limited to only two claims in any 60-day period per customer.
- Applies only to new, in-stock merchandise. Does not apply to factory-refurbished or backordered items.
- Price match may include the shipping costs from the proposed price match site, OR shipping costs from the proposed site will be matched as well (all additional costs from our competitor's site will be considered part of the comparison).
- Cannot be combined with other offers, such as product rebates.

When we verify your claim (usually within hours), we will take one of the following steps:
- Send you a coupon code that will apply your discount at checkout for the item in question. (if you have not yet placed an order) Refund your credit card the difference of the price in question (if you have already placed an order)
- If we cannot match the price, we will notify you, and request the mailing address you would like the $119.40 voucher sent to.
