SafeMart offers you a 45-day money back guarantee on all uninstalled, undamaged products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, notify us by phone at 785-437-2534 and we will immediately issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This RMA number should be referenced on your return shipment.

The following terms apply:

  • You must return all items to us within 45 days of your purchase or order.
  • You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
  • Returned products must be in like new condition and must include all packaging material.
  • Packaging material cannot be torn or damaged in any way.
  • Manuals and or warranty cards must be un-used and unmarked.
  • Items which are used or damaged will be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Wire and special orders may not be returned.

When we receive the returned merchandise in accordance with the above, we will issue a credit to your credit card or you may take a store credit towards any other items.

Defective Product Exchange

If Technical Support determines that a part is defective and it is covered under the product warranty or our standard return policy, we will issue an Exchange RA (return authorization). You must then ship the item back to SafeMart with the Exchange RA marked on the outside of the box. As soon as the defective part is received we will ship the replacement product to you via Fedex 2-Day Air.

If this option is used during the 45-day return period, SafeMart will pay for shipping costs. If it is outside of the 45-day return period, you are responsible for shipping costs.

Defective Product Advance Replacement

If you need a warranty exchange product quickly, SafeMart offers an Advance Replacement. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) and request an "Advance Replacement" of the item you are returning. We will ship the new item to you immediately and charge your credit card for the item and any shipping charges. When we receive the item, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the Advance Replacement product.

You are responsible for ensuring that the defective equipment is returned to Safemart within 14 days. Shipping instructions will be included on the RA issued by the SafeMart Representative. SafeMart will only cover shipping charges during the 45-Day return period.

Warranty Information

Each manufacturer* warrantees its own product for at least 1 (one) year to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from date of original purchase, under normal use and service. SafeMart will assist you in obtaining repair or replacement, at the manufacturer's option.

*This excludes Proficient Audio. Proficient does not honor its warranty if the product was sold on the Internet.

Disclaimer of implied warranties including warranty of merchantability:

Ocusafe, LLC. ("Vendor") Warrants, for the benefit of customer only, that at the time of sale to the customer, the equipment being sold is new. Ocusafe LLC shall have no obligation to correct or otherwise remedy any non-conformity or defect in the equipment, if (1) the equipment is not properly installed in a suitable operating environment; (2) the equipment is not properly maintained and operated under normal conditions by qualified personnel; (4) customer has not notified vendor promptly upon discovery of any nonconformity or defect (or other breach). Under no circumstance shall Vendor be liable to Customer for any loss of profits, any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any claims or demands brought against Customer by any other party, even if Vendor has been advised of the possibility of such claims or demands; and this limitation is intended to apply to all Customers family members, guests, invitees, and other visitors to the Customers premises. Under no circumstance shall Vendor be held liable for loss or damage that may incurred by the Customer due to Fire, Burglary, or robbery where Vendor products have been installed by the Customer and or his agent nor from any damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, purchaser modification, reimbursement for Customer installation time or acts of God. The laws of the State of Kansas shall govern all transactions between the Customer and Vendor; and that any dispute or litigation with respect to transaction shall take place exclusively in the State of Kansas.

Ocusafe, LLC itself offers no express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and will not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, or other damages. Provided, this limitation on warranties and damages does not apply whenever such limitations are precluded by law, including consumer protection legislation.
