At SafeMart, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it’s sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. You can return most new, unopened items sold within 45 days (or 90 day returns with our Advantage Service™) of delivery for a full refund. If you are one of the thousands of customers that choose our LiveWatchTM Monitoring service for their home alarm monitoring (for as little as $9.95 per month!), then you even get our Rapid Return service where we’ll send you the replacement part before you ship your return! What can I return?
SafeMart is happy to issue a refund or replacement just as long as it is within 45 days (or 90 days with our Advantage Service™) of purchase and the item is in good shape and unused. If you have any questions, just give us a call. We are here to delight you!
The only exception is for “special order products” that are less than $100. Because of the rock-bottom pricing and special order nature of these products, we can’t offer the same return policy as our premium products that we keep in stock to serve you. You’ll know if this applies to you because “special order products” are clearly marked on the website and explained below.
Do I get a full refund?
We stand behind our products 100% which is why you’ll get 100% back when you return something within 45 days in good condition. If you have any questions, just give us a call. We are here to delight you!
The only way you won’t get 100% is if the product has clearly been used or the packaging materials and instructional guides are damaged. If this is the case, we will still give you 80% of the original cost. This is better than most other companies that won’t accept the return at all if the product is damaged or clearly used.
When should I expect my refund or return?
If we are sending you a replacement, we are going to send it immediately for no charge. In most cases, you’ll receive the replacement in 2 to 3 days via our expedited ground shipping.
If you are returning the product for a refund, we will issue a refund 2 to 3 days after we’ve received the product from you. You can help get your refund faster and keep your and our costs low by getting a return authorization in advance. (If you call to get the Return Authorization, you may even find out that you are eligible for our Rapid Return service.) However, if you can’t do that, we understand, please just clearly mark the box for returns and include any info that you can from your order number.
Credit Card Policy for Replacement Items
We want to get a replacement part to you as fast as possible so we send it immediately and don’t charge you a penny! To avoid getting charged for this replacement part, you need to return the original part within 15 days of receiving the replacement.
Special Order Products:
Special order products are products that we want to make available to our customers but are rare enough that we don’t keep them in stock. If we don’t keep them in stock, we can’t accept returns. Special order products are only eligible for a return if the cost is over $100. Thanks for understanding. This is just one of many ways that we keep our prices as low as possible for you.
Warranty Information:
Each manufacturer warrantees its own product for at least 1 (one) year to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from date of original purchase, under normal use and service. SafeMart will assist you in obtaining repair or replacement, at the manufacturer's option.
Disclaimer of implied warranties including warranty of merchantability:
Bolster LLC. ("Vendor") Warrants, for the benefit of customer only, that at the time of sale to the customer, the equipment being sold is new. Bolster LLC shall have no obligation to correct or otherwise remedy any non-conformity or defect in the equipment, if (1) the equipment is not properly installed in a suitable operating environment; (2) the equipment is not properly maintained and operated under normal conditions by qualified personnel; (4) customer has not notified vendor promptly upon discovery of any nonconformity or defect (or other breach). Under no circumstance shall Vendor be liable to Customer for any loss of profits, any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any claims or demands brought against Customer by any other party, even if Vendor has been advised of the possibility of such claims or demands; and this limitation is intended to apply to all Customers family members, guests, invitees, and other visitors to the Customers premises. Under no circumstance shall Vendor be held liable for loss or damage that may incurred by the Customer due to Fire, Burglary, or robbery where Vendor products have been installed by the Customer and or his agent nor from any damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, purchaser modification, reimbursement for Customer installation time or acts of God. The laws of the State of Kansas shall govern all transactions between the Customer and Vendor; and that any dispute or litigation with respect to transaction shall take place exclusively in the State of Kansas.
Bolster LLC itself offers no express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and will not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, or other damages. Provided, this limitation on warranties and damages does not apply whenever such limitations are precluded by law, including consumer protection legislation.
